The clients seized the opportunity to claim the entire roof of this downtown loft for open entertaining space and garden. To reduce added load to the roof, this open pavilion is constructed entirely from aluminum structural members. The stair to the roof utilizes directional glass to provide privacy which becomes a lantern for the rooftop at night.
