The gut renovation of this 3000 sf apartment was a study in rich textures applied to a simple vocabulary of forms. The bathroom walls feature mirrored panels with a custom brush-hammer texture and custom glass mosaic tile. The warm teak veneer of the kitchen cabinets help domesticate a high-performance cook’s kitchen. Other features of the apartment include a custom wine room, his and hers bathrooms, and vast terrace space.
